Think u know is a website operated by the Police.  There are some really good hints and tips at staying safe online.  There are sections for 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old, 11-16 years old, Parents and Carers, Teachers and Trainers.
 

Kidsmart has practical online safety advice for teachers and parents, with lesson plans, online activities and resources.

 

The Carly Ryan Foundation promotes internet safety and their vision is to create a positie online experience for children, teenagers and young adults.

 
Support and Advice
 

Childline is a confidential service for children and young people.  They are available to offer you advice and support whenever you may need it.  You can contact them by telephone, email, online support or message boards.



Their website has a host of various things including online games, videos and other fun stuff.

Bereavement Support
 

Winston's Wish is the leading UK charity offering support after the death of a parent or sibling.

 

They offer a number of helpful publications and also a telephone helpline for anyone trying to support a bereaved child.

 

They help bereaved children to make sense of death and to re-build their lives after such a bereavement.
